We do not analyze video content, facial features, emotions, or biometric identifiers.

Technical & Usage Data

• Browser and device information
• IP address (for security and reliability)
• Basic usage logs related to the platform and browser extension

Our browser extension collects only data necessary for Revea functionality and does not track browsing activity outside of ReveaAI.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data only to:

• Transcribe interview recordings
• Generate AI-based interview assessments
• Provide personalized feedback and insights
• Operate, secure, and improve the platform and extension
• Respond to user support requests

4. What We Do Not Do With Your Data

Revea will never:

• Use interview recordings for advertising or marketing
• Share interview content with other users
• Train external or third-party AI models using your data
• Repurpose interview data beyond providing the service you requested

5. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate the service, we use trusted third-party service providers for purposes such as:

• Audio transcription and AI-based analysis
• Essential platform functionality

These providers are contractually required to process data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. They may not use your data for their own purposes.

Interview data is not manually reviewed by our team unless required for technical support and only with the user's explicit permission.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your data or account at any time by:

• Deleting recordings directly within the platform, or
• Contacting privacy@reveaai.com to request full account deletion

Upon a deletion request, personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than 90 days, unless retention is required by law.

• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
